The Hudson Reed Harmony Back to Wall Toilet (CHM005) is an excellent choice for homeowners looking to achieve a minimalist, clutter-free bathroom aesthetic. By concealing the cistern and pipework within a furniture unit, it creates a sleek look that is both modern and easier to keep clean, though it requires a compatible back-to-wall unit and a separate concealed cistern to function, which are not included in the package.

No, this is a back-to-wall pan specifically designed to be integrated with compatible furniture.
It is manufactured from high-quality vitreous china with a gloss white finish.
The pan features a standard P-trap configuration.
Tighten the hinge fixings on the top of the pan where the seat attaches.
Check the seal between the pan outlet and the soil pipe to ensure it is properly fitted and not leaking.
Check the hinge components for debris or buildup and wipe clean; if the issue persists, the hinges may need adjustment.
Installation of the CHM005 requires a pre-existing or new back-to-wall furniture unit and a compatible concealed cistern. Ensure the flooring is level before installation to prevent movement. Because the unit is made of high-quality vitreous china, avoid using abrasive scouring pads or harsh chemicals that could scratch the gloss finish. Routine cleaning with a mild detergent and a soft cloth is sufficient to maintain the surface. Periodically check the fixings connecting the pan to the furniture to ensure they remain tight and stable over time.
