Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Ensure the compressor is shut down and depressurized before draining old oil. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for filling with the correct grade of oil. Only use the specified ISO VG 150 viscosity.
Compatibility: This fluid is specifically formulated for vane compressors, notably Hydrovane types. It meets DIN 51506 VBL and ISO 6743-3 DAH (68)/DAA (150) performance levels and is compatible with most downstream equipment. However, always consult your compressor manufacturer's manual to confirm compatibility before use.
Care: To achieve the rated 2000-hour service life, monitor operating temperatures. The bulk oil temperature should not exceed 90°C, and the ambient temperature should ideally be below 35°C. If these limits are exceeded, reduce the oil change interval accordingly. Regularly check the oil level and condition. Store the oil in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and ensure containers are sealed when not in use.
