Store it in a breathable garment bag in a cool, dry place. Avoid vacuum-sealed bags, which can damage the down cluster loft.

Use a damp, lint-free cloth with mild soap and gently blot the area. Avoid harsh detergents or scrubbing.

The hood is designed for casual use; while it provides generous coverage, it is not specifically engineered as a technical helmet-compatible hood.

This is normal for high-quality down jackets. Gently pull the feather back into the jacket from the inside and rub the fabric to close the gap.

Ensure no fabric is caught in the track. You can gently rub a graphite pencil lead along the teeth to act as a dry lubricant.

Give the jacket a thorough shake and let it hang in a ventilated area for 24 hours to help the down expand and regain its loft.
