Troubleshooting
Phone does not fit securely in the clamp.
Ensure your phone's width is within the 5.5 cm to 8 cm range and its thickness is no more than 1.2 cm. Adjust the finger nut for a tighter grip.
Accessory cannot be screwed into the mounting point.
Verify that the accessory has a standard 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 thread. Ensure the threaded hole on the grip is clean and free of debris.
The grip feels loose on the tripod or mount.
Ensure you are using the correct thread size (1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16) for your mount and that the mount's thread is clean.
Spring clamp is difficult to open.
Ensure there are no obstructions. Apply gentle, steady pressure. If stiffness persists, check for dirt or debris around the hinge.
