No, the batteries are not included. Each mill requires six AAA batteries.
Yes, but they must be used with coarse, dry rock salt. Damp or moist sea salt can cause the mechanism to clog.
The product comes with a 2-year general product guarantee and a lifetime guarantee on the ceramic grinding mechanism.
Simply rotate the adjustment knob located at the base of the mill to select your desired grind size.
No, the electronic mills should never be placed in a dishwasher. Clean the exterior with a damp cloth only.
Check that the batteries are installed correctly and possess sufficient charge, and ensure no large debris is lodged in the ceramic grinding head.
Verify battery connection or replace all six AAA batteries with a fresh, high-quality set.
Turn the adjustment knob at the base fully to both the fine and coarse settings to clear any stuck particles, then reset to your preferred level.
To begin using your mills, unscrew the housing to access the battery compartments and install six fresh AAA batteries per unit. The mills are designed for dry seasonings only; avoid using them with damp sea salts or herbs, as these can clog the grinding mechanism. To clean the exterior, simply wipe the stainless steel and acrylic surfaces with a damp cloth; never submerge the electronic units in water. If the grinding output slows down, check that the batteries are fully charged and that the ceramic mechanism is not obstructed by debris.
