Full details

This guide is for individuals seeking a hygienic and odor-eliminating toilet cleaning solution. The key benefit is maintaining a fresh and limescale-free toilet bowl with minimal effort. A caveat is that the dispenser handle is sold separately. Duck Toilet Cleaner Fresh Discs are adhesive gel discs applied under the toilet rim, which clean with every flush, prevent limescale, and eliminate odors with a zesty lime scent. This pack contains refills only.

FAQs

What is included in this pack?

This is a refill pack containing two dispensers, with a total of 12 Duck Fresh Discs (gel stamps). The applicator handle is sold separately in a starter pack.

How long does each disc last?

Each gel disc is designed to last up to 7.5 weeks, contributing to the overall longevity of the refill pack which can last up to 16 weeks.

How do I apply the discs?

Using the applicator from the starter pack, press the dispenser firmly against the inside of the toilet bowl rim to stamp the gel disc. The disc adheres and dissolves with flushes.

Can I use these without the applicator handle?

No, the applicator handle from the starter pack is required to properly stamp and adhere the gel discs to the toilet bowl rim.

What scent do these discs provide?

These specific refills provide a zesty lime scent.

Do these clean the entire toilet bowl?

The discs clean and freshen the toilet bowl with each flush, helping to prevent limescale and stains that can harbour germs. They are designed to maintain cleanliness and freshness.

Where should I store the unused refills?

Store unused refills in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to maintain their efficacy.

Troubleshooting

Disc not adhering to the toilet bowl

Ensure the inside of the toilet bowl rim is dry before application. Press firmly during stamping. Make sure you are using the correct applicator from the starter pack.

No fragrance detected

Check if the disc has fully dissolved. If it has, it's time to apply a new one. Ensure the disc was applied directly under the rim where water flow is consistent.

Limescale build-up still present

While the discs help prevent build-up, deep-set limescale may require a separate, more intensive cleaner. Ensure the disc is reapplied regularly as per instructions.

Refill dispenser won't fit applicator

Confirm you are using the correct refill pack designed for the Duck Fresh Discs system. Ensure no obstructions are present in the applicator or the refill packaging.
