The County Crossover Grey porcelain slabs are designed for homeowners and contractors seeking a high-performance, stone-inspired solution for indoor and outdoor living areas. These durable, large-format tiles offer excellent resistance to environmental factors like moisture and fading, making them an ideal choice for patios, pathways, and high-traffic interior spaces; however, due to their 20mm thickness and density, they require careful planning for sub-base preparation and may necessitate professional-grade cutting equipment during installation.

Yes, their porcelain construction is suitable for both indoor areas like kitchens and bathrooms and outdoor areas like patios.
No, porcelain is inherently non-porous and does not require sealing to maintain its performance.
Each slab is 20mm thick, providing significant structural strength.
The 40-pack provides a total coverage of 21.6m².
Porcelain 20mm slabs are generally intended for pedestrian foot traffic; consult a professional to ensure your sub-base construction meets the requirements for vehicular load if you intend to use them on a driveway.
Regularly brush off debris and clean with a mild soap solution and a soft mop or pressure washer on a low-pressure setting.
Use a heavy-duty wet tile saw equipped with a high-quality diamond blade designed for porcelain.
Ensure you wipe away grout residue before it cures completely, using a clean sponge and frequent water changes.
Ensure the sub-base is perfectly level and that enough mortar was used to provide full contact support beneath the entire slab.
For optimal results, ensure the sub-base is compacted and level before installation to prevent slab movement. When installing outdoors, use an appropriate bonding primer on the underside of each slab to ensure a strong grip with the mortar bed. For interior applications, consult a professional regarding the suitability of your floor substrate to support the weight of 20mm porcelain. Maintenance is minimal; regular sweeping and periodic washing with warm, soapy water is generally sufficient. Avoid using harsh acidic cleaners or abrasive scrubbing pads, as these can dull the surface texture over time.
