Troubleshooting

Sponge is not lathering well

Ensure you are using an appropriate cleaning solution and enough water. Rinse the sponge thoroughly to remove any residue from previous uses.

Mesh side feels too rough

Use the microfibre side for more delicate surfaces. Reserve the mesh side for tougher grime on durable materials like tires or heavily soiled plastic trim.

Sponge retains an odor

Rinse the sponge thoroughly after every use and allow it to air dry completely. For persistent odors, soak in a mild vinegar and water solution (1:10 ratio) for 30 minutes, then rinse and dry.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Effective cleaning with dual-action material (microfibre and mesh).
  • Good water retention for efficient washing.
  • Durable construction for repeated use.

Cons

  • Primarily marketed as part of a car care range, which might limit perceived applicability for other uses.
  • Microfibre can snag on sharp objects.
