Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Preparation: Clean the alloy wheels thoroughly to remove dirt, grease, and any existing coatings.
- Sanding: Lightly sand the wheel surface to improve adhesion.
- Priming (Optional): Apply a suitable primer for better adhesion and durability, especially on older wheels or those with significant damage.
- Application: Apply several thin, even coats of E-Tech Drift Gold spray paint, allowing each coat to dry before applying the next.
Compatibility:
This paint is designed for use on alloy wheels. It's important to test compatibility on a small, inconspicuous area first, especially if the wheels have aftermarket coatings or finishes.
Care:
Clean the painted wheels regularly with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish. For more stubborn grime, use a wheel cleaner specifically designed for painted surfaces.
