The LOCKSMELL Nappy Bin Liner is ideal for budget-conscious parents seeking a sustainable and high-capacity alternative to expensive brand-name refill cartridges. This 200m continuous liner offers the equivalent capacity of 16 standard refills, providing excellent odor control through high-density material. While it offers significant long-term savings, users must be prepared for the initial setup of transferring the liner into their existing empty plastic cassette housings.

It is compatible with most Tommee Tippee Sangenic systems that use standard circular or oval cassettes.
No, the liners are designed to be manually loaded into existing empty cassettes by hand.
It provides approximately the same amount of film as 16 standard store-bought refills.
The material is a high-density plastic engineered for odor-blocking durability, focusing on reuse rather than biodegradability.
While designed for nappies, the high odor-blocking film is suitable for any waste that requires strong containment.
Remove the cassette, gently clear the blockage from the bin's rotating collar, and reset the film feed.
Ensure the inner ring of the cassette is free of sharp plastic burrs and avoid over-stuffing the bin beyond its capacity.
Check that the cassette is seated firmly in the bin and verify that the twist mechanism is fully engaging the bag.
Ensure the film is not tangled inside the housing and has been loaded according to the manufacturer's directions for your specific cassette type.
To set up the LOCKSMELL liner, take an empty, clean plastic cartridge housing from your current nappy bin. Feed the end of the LOCKSMELL liner through the center of the cartridge, pulling enough slack to tie a knot at the bottom. Once the housing is loaded, snap it back into the bin’s internal ring. For compatibility, this product fits most circular or oval cassettes found in Tommee Tippee Sangenic models. To maintain hygiene, wipe the bin interior periodically with a mild disinfectant, and ensure the cassette housing is free of debris before reloading to prevent tearing the new film.
