Product Information

Full details

The TAN-LUXE The Body Illuminating Self-Tan Drops are designed for anyone seeking a customizable, streak-free tan without sun exposure. The key benefit is a natural-looking, glowing tan achieved by mixing drops with your existing body moisturizer, lotion, or oil. A potential caveat is that the depth of the tan is controlled by the number of drops used, so experimentation may be needed to achieve your desired shade. This guide will provide information on how to use the drops, highlighting key features, discussing real-world applications, and offering tips for troubleshooting and care.

Extended Product Information

FAQs

How long does it take for the tan to develop?

The tan typically develops within 2-4 hours and reaches its full color within 6-8 hours.

How long does the tan last?

The tan typically lasts for up to a week, depending on your skin type and how well you moisturize.

Can I use this on my face?

While it can be used on the face, TAN-LUXE offers specific facial tanning products designed for the delicate skin of the face.

Will this stain my clothes or sheets?

Allow the product to fully dry before dressing or going to bed. While the formula is designed to minimize transfer, some slight transfer is possible. Consider wearing dark clothing after application.

How do I remove the tan?

Exfoliate your skin thoroughly with a body scrub or use a tan-removing product.

Can I use this if I have sensitive skin?

Always perform a patch test on a small area of skin before applying all over. If irritation occurs, discontinue use.

What is the shelf life of the drops?

Check the product packaging for the specific expiration date. Unopened, it should last for several months.

How should I store the drops?

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

Tan appears uneven or streaky.

Ensure skin is exfoliated before application. Blend the product thoroughly and avoid applying too much to dry areas like elbows and knees. Reapply a smaller amount and blend to correct.

Tan is too light.

Increase the number of drops used in your moisturizer the next time you apply.

Tan is too dark.

Reduce the number of drops used in your moisturizer for your next application. Consider diluting your moisturizer to lighten the concentration.

Product smells strongly of fake tan.

Ensure you are using the correct number of drops and using a moisturizer that is compatible. The Odourlite fragrance is designed to minimize smell but is not a guarantee.
