Living and Home 4-Tier Solar Powered Garden Water Fountain - Grey

The battery life depends on the amount of direct sunlight received during the day. Typically, a full charge allows for several hours of operation in the evening, particularly for the LED lights. Specific performance times can vary based on weather conditions and usage.

No, this is a solar-powered fountain. It utilizes a solar panel to charge an internal battery, eliminating the need for any electrical outlet or wiring.

Water levels need to be checked regularly, especially during warm or windy weather, as evaporation will occur. Ensure the pump remains submerged at all times to prevent damage.

While primarily designed for outdoor use, it can be used indoors if placed in a location that receives adequate direct sunlight for the solar panel. Ensure there is no risk of water spillage in an indoor environment.

Regular maintenance includes topping up the water level, cleaning the fountain bowls and pump to prevent buildup, and keeping the solar panel clean and free of debris.

On cloudy days, the solar panel will receive less direct sunlight, which means the pump may operate at a lower intensity or not at all, and the battery may not fully charge. The LED lights may also have reduced operating time.

Please refer to the product packaging or the manufacturer's official documentation for specific warranty information, as warranty periods can vary.

Ensure the solar panel is receiving direct sunlight. Check that the pump is fully submerged in water. Clean the solar panel and remove any debris from the pump intake.

This is often due to insufficient sunlight. Ensure the solar panel is clean and unobstructed. Check water level as low water can affect pump performance.

Verify that the fountain has had sufficient direct sunlight to charge the battery. Ensure the lights are not obstructed. Some models may have an on/off switch for the lights; check if it is set correctly.

Ensure the fountain is on a level surface. Check that all tiers are properly seated and that the pump is not vibrating against the base. Low water levels can sometimes cause pump noise.
