Troubleshooting
Chair is wobbly after assembly
Ensure all screws and bolts are fully tightened. Check that all components are correctly aligned and seated before fastening.
Footrest does not slide out smoothly
Check for any obstructions in the sliding mechanism. Ensure the area around the footrest is clean and free of debris. If necessary, apply a silicone-based lubricant to the runners.
Reclining mechanism is stiff
Lift the armrests fully to disengage the locking mechanism, then gently recline. Ensure the backrest is aligned correctly before attempting to lock it into a new position.
Color appears to be fading slightly
Although fade-resistant, prolonged direct sunlight can impact color over time. Consider relocating the chair to a partially shaded area or using a protective cover when not in use.
