FAQs

Can I leave this oil on overnight?

While it is designed as a 15-30 minute pre-wash treatment, it is generally safe to leave on for longer, provided your scalp does not react to the essential oils.

Is this product suitable for color-treated hair?

Yes, the ingredients are plant-based and generally gentle, but it is always recommended to test on a small strand first if you have chemically processed hair.

How often should I use the Dandruff Complex oil?

It is intended as a weekly ritual, but frequency can be adjusted based on the severity of your scalp dryness or flaking.

Will this make my hair greasy?

The inclusion of Plant Squalane helps keep the formula lightweight, but ensure you wash it out thoroughly with shampoo to avoid residue.

Does it contain synthetic fragrances?

The formula focuses on natural ingredients like Tea Tree, Neem, and Turmeric oils for its benefits and scent profile.

Troubleshooting

Oil feels difficult to wash out

Ensure you apply shampoo to the scalp while it is still dry before adding water to emulsify the oil, or double-cleanse with a clarifying shampoo.

Scalp irritation persists after use

Perform a patch test behind the ear 24 hours prior to full use to ensure no sensitivity to the essential oils like Tea Tree.
