Troubleshooting
Dog is reluctant to eat the new food.
Transition gradually over 7-10 days, mixing a small amount of the new food with the old, increasing the proportion of new food daily. You can also try warming the food slightly to enhance its aroma.
Loose stools after feeding.
This can occur during a dietary change. Ensure you are transitioning slowly. If the issue persists after the transition period, consult your veterinarian.
Food has an unusual smell after opening.
This is normal for natural wet food. Ensure the can was stored correctly and consumed within the recommended 2-day period after opening. Discard if there are signs of spoilage beyond the natural aroma.
