What are the dimensions of the pillow?
The pillow measures approximately 35cm in length and 29cm in width.
How much does the pillow weigh?
The pillow weighs approximately 315g, making it lightweight for travel.
Is the memory foam firm or soft?
The memory foam is designed to soften with body heat, conforming to your shape. It offers a medium-firm level of support that adapts to your personal comfort.
Can I use this pillow for back support?

After unpacking, the memory foam may take a few hours to fully expand and reach its intended shape and firmness.
Troubleshooting
Pillow does not feel supportive enough
Ensure the memory foam has fully expanded. Try adjusting the pillow's position around your neck for optimal contouring. The firmness can be subjective; consider if a firmer pillow is needed for your preference.
Pillow cover is difficult to remove or reattach
Gently slide the zipper. If it feels stuck, check for any fabric caught in the zipper teeth. Ensure the pillow is not overstuffed when trying to reattach the cover.
Noticeable odor upon opening
This is typical for new memory foam products. Allow the pillow to air out in a well-ventilated area for 24-48 hours before first use. The odor will dissipate.
