Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install the rack, select a wall surface capable of supporting the weight of both the rack and your heaviest saddle. It is recommended to use heavy-duty screws or bolts appropriate for the wall material (such as masonry anchors for brick or carriage bolts for wood framing). Ensure the rack is mounted at a height that allows you to lift your saddle easily without excessive strain.
To maintain the longevity of the rack, periodically inspect the mounting points to ensure the hardware remains tight. Because of the powder-coated finish, the unit is water-resistant; however, it should be kept free of heavy dust or stable grime by wiping it down with a damp cloth every few months. Avoid using abrasive scouring pads, as these may compromise the protective powder coating and expose the raw metal to rust.
