FAQs

Can I use this with any Galaxy phone?

The holder is designed for compatibility with Samsung Galaxy devices, though effectiveness may vary based on the specific weight and case thickness.

Does it support wireless charging?

The magnet holder may interfere with wireless charging. It is recommended to remove the holder or adjust positioning if your device supports wireless charging.

Will the magnets damage my phone?

The magnets are designed for mobile accessories and are generally safe for modern smartphones; however, keep away from sensitive magnetic storage media.

What surfaces does the magnet stick to?

It is designed to stick to most ferrous metal surfaces such as refrigerators, toolboxes, and metal desks.

Is the finish prone to scratches?

The carbon fibre silicone is durable, but avoid contact with sharp, abrasive objects to keep the finish looking pristine.

Troubleshooting

Device is sliding down when mounted to a surface.

Ensure the surface is made of ferrous metal (magnetic steel) and that the magnets are making direct, full contact with the surface.

Kickstand feels loose or unstable.

Check the hinge mechanism for any debris and ensure the kickstand is fully extended to its locked position.

Pros and Cons

High-strength magnets ensure a secure hold on metal surfaces
Dual-orientation kickstand supports both landscape and portrait viewing
Durable high-carbon steel construction
Sleek and professional carbon fibre finish

Cons

May interfere with certain wireless charging setups if not positioned correctly
Requires specific placement to maintain balance on the kickstand

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To begin using the holder, ensure the rear surface of your device or case is clean and free of oils or dust. The magnetic holder can be applied directly to the back of compatible Galaxy devices or their protective cases. To maintain the integrity of the carbon fibre silicone finish, wipe it down periodically with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that may degrade the silicone texture. When utilizing the kickstand, ensure the device is placed on a flat, stable surface to prevent tipping, particularly when using the portrait orientation.
