Troubleshooting
Zippers are stiff or difficult to move
Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper. Apply a silicone-based lubricant or graphite pencil lead to the zipper teeth for smoother operation.
Water is seeping through despite 'waterproof' claim
Check that all pockets are fully closed and zippers are completely zipped. Inspect seams and zippers for any damage. The waterproof coating is most effective when the bag is not submerged.
Bag does not sit stably on a golf cart
Ensure the bag is oriented correctly on the cart, with the base fully engaged. Some carts have specific mounting points that may need adjustment.
