Full details
The Makita DUC101Z Cordless 18v Brushless Pruning Saw is a highly efficient, lightweight, and compact tool designed for pruning garden trees, bushes, and orchard trees. It features a direct drive brushless motor for high operational efficiency, delivering a maximum output power of 320W. Its compact structure and ergonomic handle allow for one-handed operation. The saw is built with Makita's XPT (Extreme Protection Technology) for improved resistance to dust and moisture, ensuring durability in harsh environments. The tool-less chain change and tension adjustment make chain maintenance simple. Automatic chain lubrication and a chain oil view window contribute to smooth and precise cuts. A movable guard covers the upper side of the guide bar and opens as the chain cuts deeper, while the lock-off lever is accessible from both sides for enhanced safety. Additional safety features include a rear hand guard and an electric brake. The soft grip ensures comfortable handling. This model has a 100mm bar length and uses an 80 TXL saw chain with 26 links. The oil tank capacity is 55 ML. The Makita DUC101Z is suitable for general joinery tasks with timber. Included in the box: Bare Tool, Guide Bar, Guide Bar Case, File, Guide File, Oil Set, Saw Chain, and Instruction Manual.
