While not explicitly designed for cutting, they can be trimmed with a sharp utility knife on a cutting mat if precise adjustments are needed for corners or edges. Ensure you measure carefully and cut away from yourself.
The panels are water-resistant and suitable for humid spaces like bathrooms. However, they are not designed for direct, prolonged water submersion or as a primary waterproofing barrier in a shower enclosure.
Removal may require heat (e.g., from a hairdryer on a low setting) to soften the adhesive. Gently peel the panel away from the wall at a low angle. Some minor touch-up paint may be required on the wall afterwards.
The thick PU leather provides sound-dampening qualities, helping to reduce echo and ambient noise. It is not a substitute for professional soundproofing materials but offers a noticeable improvement in acoustic comfort.
Installation is recommended on clean, smooth painted surfaces. If the wallpaper is firmly adhered and smooth, it might work, but adhesion is not guaranteed and may be compromised. It's best to remove old wallpaper first.
Please refer to the manufacturer's documentation or the retailer for specific warranty information, as this can vary.
These panels are finished with PU leather and are not designed to be painted. Painting may damage the surface and affect the texture and durability.
Ensure the wall surface is thoroughly cleaned, dry, and free of dust or grease. Re-press the panel firmly. For persistent issues, consider using a compatible adhesive spray suitable for wall panels.
This is often due to trapped air or inadequate pressure during application. Gently peel back the affected area and reapply, smoothing out from the center. Ensure the wall surface is completely dry before application.
Verify that the starting point is perfectly level and that subsequent panels are aligned precisely. Slight adjustments can sometimes be made immediately after placement, but firm pressure should be applied once aligned.
Clean immediately with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals. If stained, use a very mild soap solution and wipe gently.
Setup:
Compatibility:
These panels are best suited for smooth, non-porous surfaces such as painted drywall, glass, or finished wood. They may not adhere well to rough, textured, or unpainted surfaces. Test adhesion in an inconspicuous area if unsure.
Care:
To clean, use a soft, damp cloth. Mild soap can be used if necessary, but avoid abrasive cleaners or excessive moisture, which could damage the PU leather or adhesive.
