No, the set requires 3 x AA batteries which must be purchased separately.
The product is suitable for outdoor use, but it is recommended to place it in a sheltered area like a covered porch to protect the battery pack and structure from harsh weather.
You can toggle through the different light settings using the control switch located on the battery pack.
The set measures approximately 65cm in height, 80cm in length, and 20cm in width.
Yes, the built-in timer keeps the lights on for 6 hours and automatically turns them off for 18 hours, repeating the cycle daily.
Yes, high-quality rechargeable AA batteries are compatible with this product.
Check that fresh batteries are installed correctly according to polarity and that the battery compartment is fully closed.
The timer resets when the unit is turned off manually; ensure you leave the switch in the 'Timer' position once you have set the initial start time.
The batteries are likely losing power; replace all 3 AA batteries with a fresh set to restore full brightness.
Setup is straightforward: insert 3 fresh AA batteries into the designated compartment, select your preferred lighting mode, and place the unit on a flat, stable surface. Since the product is designed with a metal frame, avoid bending the structure during setup. To keep your display looking its best, wipe the rattan finish with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust after the holiday season ends. Ensure the battery compartment is fully sealed before outdoor use, and remove the batteries entirely if you plan to store the reindeer in a damp garage or basement for long periods to prevent corrosion.
