MusclePharm Select Aminos is a performance-focused supplement designed for serious athletes who need reliable support for lean muscle growth and recovery during intense training cycles. Providing a potent blend of 7 grams of BCAAs in a 2:1:1 ratio and 1.7 grams of essential amino acids, it acts as a versatile fuel source that can be consumed before, during, or after exercise without any added sugars. While it offers premium quality and is Informed Sport certified, users should be aware that the specific flavor profile, such as Sour Candy, may be intense and requires experimentation with water ratios to reach the desired level of sweetness.

Troubleshooting
Powder is clumping inside the container
Ensure the lid is sealed tightly after every use and keep the provided desiccant packet inside. Store in a cool, dry environment.
Taste is too strong or tart
Increase the amount of water used in your mixture. Adding an extra 4-6 ounces of water will significantly mellow the flavor intensity.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To prepare, mix one scoop of MusclePharm Select Aminos with 8-12 ounces of cold water. Adjust the volume of water based on your personal preference for flavor intensity; using less water will create a more concentrated 'sour' taste, while more water will dilute the flavor. Always keep the tub tightly sealed in a cool, dry place to prevent clumping, as amino acid powders can be hygroscopic (they attract moisture from the air). This product is compatible with most pre-workout stimulants, protein shakes, and creatine supplements, making it a flexible addition to any existing supplement stack.
