Troubleshooting
Candle does not fit securely
Ensure you are using a standard taper candle. If the base is slightly too wide, you can gently shave a small amount off the candle base. If too narrow, consider wrapping a small piece of paper around the candle base for a snugger fit.
Ring appears dull or dirty
Wipe the ring with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. For tougher grime, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
Candle drips wax onto the ring
Ensure the candle is burning straight by trimming the wick to about 1/4 inch. If dripping persists, consider using dripless taper candles or placing the ring on a surface that is easy to clean.
