How do I clean the wand?

After each use, clean the wand with a soft tissue to remove any residue.

Can I use this serum under makeup?

Yes, the serum can be used as a base under makeup. Allow it to fully absorb before applying concealer or other products.

What are the key ingredients?

The serum features Black Diamond Truffle Extract, known for its skin-energizing properties, along with other ingredients such as Sodium Hyaluronate and Acetyl Hexapeptide-8.

Is this serum suitable for sensitive skin?

The product is designed to be gentle, but it is always recommended to perform a patch test before regular use, especially if you have sensitive skin.

How long does a bottle of serum last?

The duration varies based on usage, but a 15ml bottle should last several weeks with twice-daily applications.

What if I get the serum in my eyes?

Avoid getting the serum directly into your eyes. If contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.

Troubleshooting

Serum not absorbing quickly.

Ensure the skin is clean and dry before application. Use a small amount and gently tap the serum into the skin with your fingertips or the wand.

Wand not attaching to bottle.

Make sure the wand is aligned correctly with the magnetic connection on the bottle. Gently guide it until it clicks into place.
