Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: To use Avery L7165 labels, ensure your laser printer is loaded with A4 paper. Use Avery's free Design & Print software or templates to design your labels. Feed the label sheets into the printer according to your printer's manual, usually in the manual feed tray or main paper tray, with the label side facing the correct direction for printing (check your printer's specific requirements). Always print a test page on plain paper first to confirm alignment before printing on the label sheets.
Compatibility: These labels are specifically designed and optimized for use with laser printers. While they may function with some inkjet printers, print quality and jam-free performance are not guaranteed. Ensure your printer can handle label stock and supports A4 paper size.
Care: Store unused label sheets in their original packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Avoid exposing the labels to extreme temperatures or humidity, which can affect adhesive performance and print quality. Once applied, ensure the label is firmly pressed onto the surface to prevent peeling.
