Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install, ensure the sub-floor is clean, dry, and level. We recommend using a high-tack, pressure-sensitive adhesive that allows for tile repositioning. For maintenance, a regular vacuuming routine using a machine with an upright brush bar is sufficient for daily debris removal. In the event of a spill, blot the area immediately with a clean, white cloth; avoid rubbing, which can fray the loop pile. For deep cleaning, professional hot water extraction is compatible, provided the carpet is not over-saturated. If a single tile becomes permanently stained or cut, simply pry the specific tile up, remove the residue, and drop in a fresh replacement.
