FAQs

What is the main advantage of the foldable design?

The foldable design significantly enhances portability, making it easy to store the keyboard when not in use and transport it to different locations like lessons, rehearsals, or gigs, along with the included carrying bag.

Are the keys fully weighted like an acoustic piano?

No, the keys are semi-weighted. This offers a more authentic feel than unweighted keys but may not replicate the resistance of fully weighted acoustic piano keys.

How do I connect this keyboard to my computer or tablet for music apps?

You can connect via the USB port using a USB cable, or wirelessly using Bluetooth MIDI. Ensure your device and the keyboard support these connection types and follow the pairing instructions in the setup section.

Can I use this keyboard for live performances?

Yes, the keyboard includes built-in stereo speakers and a microphone input, making it suitable for small live performances or practice sessions. For larger venues, you may want to connect it to external amplification via the audio output.

What accessories are included with the keyboard?

The keyboard typically comes with essential accessories such as a sustain pedal, a music stand, a microphone, and a carrying bag, providing a comprehensive package for immediate use.

How many different sounds and rhythms can I access?

The keyboard features a vast library of 1000 different tones (sounds) and 1000 different rhythms (accompaniments) for extensive musical exploration.

Is this keyboard suitable for advanced pianists?

While suitable for players of all levels, advanced pianists might prefer fully weighted keys for nuanced touch control. However, the extensive features and portability can still make it a valuable tool for practice and composition.

Troubleshooting

Keyboard does not power on

Ensure the power adapter is securely connected to both the keyboard and a working power outlet. Check if the adapter itself is functioning correctly.

No sound from speakers

Check the volume controls on the keyboard. Ensure that no headphones or external audio devices are plugged in, which might mute the speakers. Verify that a tone or rhythm is selected and playing.

Wireless MIDI connection fails

Restart both the keyboard and your connected device. Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your device and that the keyboard is in pairing mode. Check for any interfering wireless signals. Update device drivers or app if available.

Sustain pedal not working

Ensure the sustain pedal is correctly plugged into the 'Sustain Pedal' jack. Test the pedal with another compatible keyboard if possible. Some pedals have polarity switches that may need adjustment.

Poor audio quality or distortion

Lower the volume if it's too high. Check for loose cable connections if using external audio. Ensure the built-in speakers are not obstructed.
