Remove the filter and rinse it under running water. You may also soak it in a solution of vinegar and water to remove stubborn deposits.

What should I do if my toaster jams?

Unplug the toaster immediately and carefully remove any trapped items. Do not use metal objects to retrieve the items.

Can I use the kettle without the filter?

It is recommended to use the filter to prevent limescale buildup in your beverages.

How often should I descale the kettle?

Descale the kettle every 1-3 months, depending on your water hardness. Use a descaling solution recommended for kettles.

Are the toaster slots wide enough for bagels?

Yes, the toaster has extra-wide slots designed to accommodate bagels and other thicker items.

What is the keep-warm function on the kettle?

The keep-warm function maintains the water temperature for a set period, so you can have hot water ready when you need it.

Troubleshooting

Kettle won't turn on.

Check the power connection, ensure the kettle is correctly placed on the base, and verify the outlet is functioning.

Toaster doesn't toast evenly.

Clean the crumb trays and ensure the bread is placed correctly in the slots. If the problem persists, try a different browning level.

Kettle takes a long time to boil.

Check the water level; ensure it's not below the minimum. Descale the kettle regularly to remove limescale buildup.
