Full details
A simple yet specially shaped metal lever designed for adjusting brake shoes on cars and vans. Many modern cars and EVs still utilize drum brakes on the rear, which may require periodic adjustment. Access to the adjuster is typically found behind the brake back plate. The Laser 9111 is shaped to fit the adjustment slots, allowing for precise brake shoe adjustment. It features angled lever blades for optimal leverage and can be used to directly lever brake shoes with the drum removed to pre-set the adjuster. Overall length is 153mm with a tapered blade width of 8mm, tapering down to 1.1mm. Manufactured from chrome molybdenum (SCM440) with a black phosphate finish and a hardness of HRC 44-48.
