Setup, Compatibility & Care
Compatibility Check: Before installation, verify that your tire size falls within the supported range (175x16 to 215x16) and that the tire's sidewall profile (50-70) matches the innertube's intended use. Confirm your wheel rim is 16 inches.
Installation:
- Deflate the old innertube completely.
- Carefully remove the tire from the wheel rim (this may require specialized tools).
- Lightly inflate the new innertube to give it shape.
- Insert the valve stem through the valve hole in the rim.
- Place the innertube inside the tire, ensuring it is not twisted.
- Mount the tire back onto the rim, ensuring the innertube is not pinched between the tire bead and the rim.
- Inflate the tire to the recommended pressure.
Care: Store the innertube in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and sharp objects. Periodically check the tire pressure of any spare innertube to ensure it is adequately inflated.
