Product Information

Full details

This budget-friendly self-adhesive vinyl wrap offers a quick and easy solution for updating surfaces in your home, perfect for tenants or landlords. It's ideal for covering worktops, kitchen doors, and furniture like drawer fronts or wardrobe doors, providing a realistic marble or stone effect at a fraction of the cost of new. The vinyl is heat resistant up to 75°C and durable for cleaning. It's non-permanent and removable, with leftover residue easily cleaned with warm soapy water. For best results, use a D-C-Fix application kit for smoothing and cutting. Overlap joins by a few millimeters to account for shrinkage. The vinyl can be applied around sinks and curved surfaces, with a hairdryer making it more pliable. For water-tight seals around sinks and hobs, use silicone sealant. Wipe clean with regular household cleaners, avoiding scrubbing and immediate wiping of stains like curry. Do not use sharp objects directly on the vinyl; use worktop savers. While hot plates and cups are fine, keep hot pans 12 inches away from naked flames. Made in Germany, D-C-Fix vinyl boasts a 5-star rating for adhesion, opacity, lightfastness, shrinkage, and durability. Its water-based, low-tack adhesive allows for repositioning during application, bonding fully within 24 hours.
