Troubleshooting

Desk wobbles after setup

Ensure the X-shaped legs are fully extended and locked into place. Check that the desk is on a level surface. If wobbling persists, check for any loose connections in the frame (though assembly is not required, shipping can sometimes cause minor shifts).

Surface is uneven

Verify that all legs are firmly on the ground and that the desk is situated on a flat, stable surface. The X-leg design is intended to provide a level surface, so unevenness usually indicates an unstable placement.

Folding mechanism is stiff

Gently operate the folding mechanism. Ensure there are no obstructions. Periodically, a small amount of lubricant (like silicone spray) can be applied to the hinges if needed, but use sparingly.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Extremely easy to set up and fold away.
Takes up minimal storage space when not in use.
Sturdy construction for its size.
Modern and attractive design.
No assembly is required, saving time and effort.

Cons

Surface area may be limited for users with multiple large monitors or extensive equipment.
Weight limit of 45kg should be considered for heavy setups.
While portable, it is not designed for frequent long-distance travel.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: This desk requires no assembly. To set it up, simply remove it from its packaging, unfold the metal frame, and ensure the legs are securely in place. It is then ready for immediate use.

Compatibility: The desk is designed to accommodate most standard laptops, monitors (ensure weight and size are within limits), and other essential work or study items. It's suitable for use on various indoor floor surfaces.

Care: To maintain the desk's appearance and longevity, clean the wooden surface with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the finish. For the metal frame, a dry or slightly damp cloth is recommended. Ensure the desk is dry before folding and storing.
