The Pro Breeze 12L Dehumidifier is designed for homeowners and renters looking to combat dampness, condensation, and mould in medium to large living spaces. Its primary benefit is the efficient extraction of up to 12 litres of excess moisture daily, which helps preserve home integrity and improve indoor air quality. However, potential users should note that the unit operates with a distinct hum common to compressor-based dehumidifiers, which may be noticeable in quiet bedrooms at night.

The frequency depends on the room's humidity level, but you should empty it whenever the 'tank full' indicator illuminates.
Yes, but due to the compressor noise, some users may find it disruptive if they are light sleepers.
It comes with a built-in collection tank, but some models support continuous drainage if a hose is connected to the outlet.
It is recommended to clean the filter every two weeks of regular use to prevent dust buildup and maintain performance.
The unit is designed for efficient moisture removal, making it a cost-effective solution compared to running heating systems to combat damp.
Ensure the power plug is securely in the outlet and the water tank is correctly positioned in the unit.
This is normal during periods of high humidity; empty the tank regularly or check if the room humidity setting is set too low.
Check if the air filter is blocked with dust and clean it, or ensure no objects are obstructing the air intake and exhaust vents.
Setting up the unit involves placing it on a flat, level surface and ensuring the drainage tank is correctly seated. Upon first use, it is recommended to let the unit stand upright for at least four hours to allow the internal refrigerant to settle. For maintenance, clean the external housing with a soft, dry cloth. The air filter should be removed and rinsed under lukewarm water every two weeks to maintain efficient airflow; ensure it is completely dry before reinserting. When moving the unit, always switch it off and empty the water tank first to prevent accidental spills.
