The Proraso Vintage Gift Set in Refreshing Green is designed for wet-shaving enthusiasts who prioritize a cooling, invigorating experience and high-quality grooming essentials. This kit provides a complete three-step regimen—pre-shave, lathering, and post-shave—to ensure a smooth shave while soothing the skin, though users should note that the strong eucalyptus and menthol scent may be polarizing for those who prefer fragrance-free products.

While the menthol is cooling, those with highly reactive skin should perform a patch test, as essential oils like eucalyptus can sometimes cause redness in sensitive individuals.
A shaving brush is highly recommended to build the proper lather, though the cream can be applied by hand if absolutely necessary.
The scent is a classic, crisp combination of eucalyptus and menthol, providing a clean and medicinal, cooling aroma.
Yes, it acts as a base layer to soften hair and protect the skin, regardless of the lathering product used.
The set includes standard 100ml and 150ml containers, which are considered full-size products within the Proraso line.
Use less water when loading your brush and ensure the cream is worked into a bowl or directly on the face until the bubbles become thick and dense.
Reduce the amount of product used, particularly the pre-shave and aftershave, to limit the concentration of menthol on the skin.
The Proraso Refreshing Green set is compatible with all standard safety razors, cartridge razors, and straight razors. No specific electronic setup is required. To maintain the longevity of the products, ensure the lids of the cream and balm jars are tightened firmly after each use to prevent the menthol from evaporating or the creams from drying out. Store the collectible tin in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of the formulas. Keep the shaving cream bowl clean of excess water to maintain the consistency of the product.
