Setup, Compatibility & Care
To set up the shelter, place the unit on a flat, level surface. We recommend at least two people work together to feed the poles through the sleeves and raise the arch simultaneously to avoid putting unnecessary stress on the joints. Ensure all anchor points are secured before attaching any additional accessories.
For long-term maintenance, always shake off excess dirt and ensure the tarp is completely dry before folding it for storage; this prevents mold and mildew growth. Clean the fabric with a soft cloth and mild soap if needed, avoiding abrasive brushes that could compromise the water-resistant coating. Keep the fiberglass rods away from extreme heat sources, despite the flame-retardant properties of the canopy fabric.
