Troubleshooting

Zipper is stiff or difficult to open/close

Apply a silicone-based lubricant or graphite pencil lead to the zipper teeth. Ensure no fabric is caught in the zipper track.

Bag feels unbalanced on a cart

Ensure clubs are distributed evenly within the club dividers. Check that heavier items are placed low and centrally. Make sure the bag is sitting flush on the cart base.

Magnetic closure not engaging firmly

Check for any obstructions near the magnetic points. Ensure the pocket flap is aligned correctly when closing. If the issue persists, contact customer support.

Exterior material shows minor scuffs

Use a soft cloth with a very mild cleaning solution (like diluted dish soap) to gently wipe the affected area. Dry thoroughly.
