FAQs
What are the dimensions of the small and large baskets?
The small basket measures Depth 33 x Height 50 x Width 33cm. The large basket measures Depth 46 x Height 61 x Width 46cm.
Is the lining waterproof?
The lining is made of a cotton/polyester blend, which is washable but not waterproof. For wet items, consider using a separate waterproof bag inside.
Can the basket be used outdoors?
It is best to keep the basket indoors in a dry environment. Exposure to moisture and direct sunlight can damage the wicker over time.
How much weight can the basket hold?
The basket is designed for typical laundry loads. The double steamed willow construction provides good sturdiness, but it's advisable not to overfill or overload it to ensure longevity.
Are there other color options available?
This specific model features a Grey Sage lining. Variations in color and finish are possible due to the natural materials used.
How do I clean the wicker exterior?
Wipe the wicker gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
Troubleshooting
Basket has a slight odor upon arrival.
This is common with natural wicker products. Air the basket out in a well-ventilated area for a few days. The removable lining can be washed separately.
Lining does not fit snugly.
Ensure the lining is correctly oriented and fully opened before placing it inside the basket. Minor adjustments may be needed after washing.
Wicker appears uneven or slightly discolored.
This is a natural characteristic of hand-woven wicker and the light steaming process. It does not affect the basket's functionality or durability.
