Troubleshooting
Paper seems to dissolve too quickly
This is a normal characteristic of the product designed for tank safety; ensure your hands are dry when handling the roll to prevent unintended breakdown.
Waste tank sensor indicator remains 'full' after emptying
While this product reduces clogs, ensure you are flushing with sufficient water volume to help clear debris from sensors. If issues persist, check the tank for residual solid waste that may have occurred prior to using dissolvable paper.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
These toilet rolls require no special installation—simply replace your existing paper with the Elsan rolls. They are fully compatible with all standard cassette and chemical toilet dispensers. To ensure the longest life and best performance, keep the unused rolls in a dry environment, as high ambient humidity can lead to premature softening of the paper. When using, there is no need to adjust your typical usage habits, as the paper is designed to function within standard pressure-flush or gravity-flush toilet mechanisms.
