Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the longevity of your stoneware, wash the set thoroughly before its first use. While the set is dishwasher safe, avoid overloading the dishwasher to prevent contact between items, which can cause chipping. When using in a microwave, avoid extreme temperature shocks; for instance, do not take the plates directly from a freezer to a high-heat microwave cycle. If hand washing, use a non-abrasive sponge to protect the grey glaze. Stoneware is durable but dense, so ensure your shelving can support the weight of the plates when stacked.
