The Sealey 3-Tier Plastic Racking Unit is designed for homeowners and hobbyists looking to organize cluttered spaces in garages, sheds, or utility rooms. Its primary benefit is a tool-free, boltless assembly process that allows for quick installation, though users should note that its 25kg per-shelf capacity makes it better suited for lighter storage items rather than heavy industrial equipment.

No, the Sealey 3-tier racking unit uses a boltless design that requires no tools.
It can hold up to 25kg per shelf, with a total unit capacity of 75kg.
While it is made of moisture-resistant plastic, it is primarily designed for indoor use in garages, sheds, or workshops.
The total weight of the unit is 4kg, making it very lightweight and easy to handle.
The assembled dimensions are 610mm (width) x 310mm (depth) x 900mm (height).
Ensure all interlocking joints are fully pressed into their slots and the unit is placed on a level surface.
Check that the load does not exceed 25kg per shelf and ensure the weight is evenly distributed rather than concentrated in the center.
Assembly is straightforward due to the boltless design; simply align the shelf supports with the side uprights and press firmly until they click into place. No tools are required. For maintenance, the plastic surfaces can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid using abrasive cleaners which might scratch the finish. Ensure the unit is placed on a flat, level floor. While the unit is stable, do not exceed the 25kg weight limit per shelf to prevent bowing or potential structural failure.
