The Zero In Citronella Diffuser is designed for homeowners and outdoor enthusiasts who want a convenient, hassle-free method to deter insects in both indoor and outdoor settings. By utilizing a steady release of citronella-based formula, it provides continuous protection for up to 60 days across areas as large as 40m³, making it an ideal choice for patios, balconies, or living rooms. While it offers excellent portability and ease of use, users should note that its efficacy depends on environmental factors like wind and ventilation, which may influence the longevity and spread of the scent.

No, the Zero In Citronella Diffuser is entirely passive and requires no electricity or batteries.
Yes, but ensure the room has some ventilation and start with a smaller aperture setting.
The device is designed for 60 days of use; if you no longer notice the citronella scent, it is time to replace it.
While the product is standard for home use, it is always best to place the diffuser in an area where pets cannot directly ingest or come into contact with the internal components.
Yes, the portable design allows you to move the unit between indoor and outdoor locations as needed.
The diffuser is effective in areas up to 40m³.
Twist the cap to close the vents partially to reduce the diffusion rate.
Ensure the cap is twisted to the open position and check if the unit has been used for more than 60 days.
High wind may disperse the scent too quickly; move the unit to a more sheltered or less breezy location.
Setting up the diffuser is straightforward: remove the protective packaging and place the unit on a stable, flat surface. To begin using it, twist the top cap to the desired setting. For optimal results, keep the device away from excessive moisture or direct heat sources that might cause the formula to evaporate too quickly. To care for the unit, simply wipe the exterior with a dry cloth if dust accumulates. When the 60-day period expires or the internal material appears dry, replace the unit as per local disposal guidelines.
