What is the maximum oven temperature?

The pan is oven safe up to 150°C (300°F).

Can I use this pan on an induction stove?

Troubleshooting

Food is sticking to the pan surface

Ensure the pan is not being overheated. Clean the surface thoroughly to remove polymerized oil residues and ensure no metal utensils were used.

Pan is not heating on induction cooktop

Verify the pan is centered on the induction zone and that the zone diameter matches the pan base size.

Discoloration on the pan base

This is often caused by mineral deposits or burnt grease. Use a non-abrasive cleaner designed for cookware to gently buff the base.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Before using your ZWILLING Madura Plus for the first time, wash the pan with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge to remove any manufacturing residue.

Compatibility:

Works on all stovetops: Induction, Gas, Electric, and Halogen.
Oven safe up to 150°C (300°F). Avoid exceeding this temperature to prevent damage to the handle or coating.

Care Instructions:

Cleaning: While the pan is dishwasher safe, hand washing with mild detergent is strongly recommended to maintain the integrity of the non-stick coating over time.
Storage: Use pan protectors or paper towels between items if stacking to avoid scratching the ceramic surface.
Heat Management: Use low to medium heat settings. High heat is not required due to the efficient thermal conductivity of the aluminum body and can degrade non-stick surfaces prematurely.
