Full details
The Cozy Bay EZBreathe Medium L Shape Sofa Cover in Black is designed for owners of medium L-shaped sofas seeking robust protection against the elements. Its key benefit is the breathable membrane technology that prevents condensation build-up, thus minimizing rust and mold, while remaining water-resistant and UV-stabilized. FAQs
What material is the Cozy Bay EZBreathe cover made from?
The cover is constructed from high-quality, UV-resistant ripstop polyester with a breathable membrane technology.
How does the breathable membrane work?
The membrane allows moisture vapor from inside the cover to escape, preventing condensation build-up, while still blocking external water and dirt.
Will this cover protect my sofa from heavy rain?
The cover is water-resistant and designed to protect against rain, but it is not fully waterproof. For prolonged exposure to torrential downpours, additional protection might be considered.
What are the exact dimensions of this cover?
The dimensions are Width: 215cm, Depth: 215cm, Height: 80cm. It is specifically designed for medium L-shaped sofas.
How do I clean the sofa cover?
Clean the cover using a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Allow it to air dry completely before storage or reuse.
Is the color guaranteed to stay black?
The cover is UV-stabilized and the material is solution dyed to resist fading. However, like all outdoor materials, prolonged extreme sun exposure may cause some gradual lightening over long periods.
Does the cover come with a storage bag?
Yes, the cover includes a free storage bag for convenient storage when not in use.
Troubleshooting
Cover does not fit snugly
Ensure the drawstring is fully tightened and the cord locks are engaged. Adjust the cover's position on the sofa for optimal fit.
Water pooling on the cover
Water-resistant materials may still allow minor pooling. Ensure the cover is evenly distributed and not sagging. Consider placing a small object under the cover in a low spot to create a slope for water runoff if needed.
Cover appears grey instead of black
This is a characteristic of the material in certain lighting conditions. The color is a deep, dark shade that may reflect ambient light differently. Check in direct sunlight for a truer representation of the black color.
Difficulty in securing the drawstring
Check that the drawstring and cord locks are free of debris. Gently pull to ensure smooth operation. If damaged, contact customer support.
