Troubleshooting
Sound quality of the xylophone seems off
Ensure the xylophone is placed on a hard, flat surface rather than a carpet to allow the resonance to carry correctly.
Drumsticks are missing
Check all corners of the carry case and underneath playroom furniture. Since they are small, designating a specific home inside the suitcase is recommended.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
This set requires no assembly or batteries, meaning it is ready for use as soon as it is unpacked. To maintain the quality of the FSC-certified wood:
- Cleaning: Wipe instruments down with a slightly damp cloth. Avoid submerging them in water, as this can cause the wood to warp or the finish to crack.
- Storage: Always place the instruments back into the provided suitcase after playtime to prevent loss of smaller pieces like the drumsticks.
- Maintenance: Periodically check for any loose parts or splinters, especially after high-energy use. If a surface becomes rough, a light sanding with fine-grit sandpaper can restore the smoothness.
