Setup
- Preparation: Ensure the wall and ceiling surfaces are clean, dry, and free from any loose debris.
- Cutting: Use a fine-toothed saw and a mitre box (FB300 is recommended) for precise cuts, especially for corners. Ensure accurate mitre cuts are made.
- Adhesive Application: Apply Decofix Pro adhesive to the back of the cornice and Extrafix adhesive to butt joints and mitres.
- Installation: Press the cornice firmly against the wall and ceiling. Wipe off any excess adhesive.
- Finishing: Once the adhesive has dried, you can paint the cornice.
Compatibility
The C333 cornice is compatible with most interior design styles and can be used in various rooms. It's especially suited for larger spaces and ceilings. Use this product with Decofix Pro and Extrafix adhesives for the best results.
Care
- Cleaning: Clean the cornice with a damp cloth.
- Avoid Abrasives: Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Painting: The factory-applied primer allows for easy painting with water-based or oil-based paints.
