FAQs

What material is the Arizona dining set made from?

The set is constructed with durable aluminum frames and polyethylene all-weather rattan, known for its strength, light-weight properties, and resistance to corrosion.

Are the cushions waterproof?

The cushions are made with special water-resistant fabrics that protect against light showers. It is recommended to bring them indoors when not in use and to avoid prolonged exposure to heavy rain.

How do I clean the rattan furniture?

Cleaning is simple: use a damp cloth or a garden hose on a gentle setting. Avoid abrasive cleaners.

Can the Arizona dining set be left outside in all weather conditions?

The set is made from weather-resistant materials and can withstand temperatures from -15 to 60 degrees Celsius. However, for optimal longevity and to protect the cushions, it's advised to bring cushions indoors and use the provided cover, especially during harsh weather or winter.

What are the dimensions of the table and chairs?

The table measures 150 cm (W) x 90 cm (D) x 74 cm (H). Each chair measures 60 cm (W) x 70 cm (D) x 86 cm (H).

Does the set include a parasol and base?

Yes, the Arizona set includes a 3m parasol and a 12kg parasol base.

What is the warranty period for this product?

The set comes with a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty.

Troubleshooting

Table wobbles after assembly

Ensure all table legs and bolts are securely tightened. Check that the table is placed on a level surface.

Cushions retain water after rain

While water-resistant, prolonged soaking can occur. Ensure cushions are not left out in heavy rain and store them indoors when not in use. Allow to air dry completely before storing.

Rattan weave appears loose or damaged

For minor damage, check if any binding has come undone and carefully re-secure. For significant damage, contact customer support as it may affect structural integrity.

Parasol does not stay upright

Ensure the parasol is correctly seated in the table's opening and that the crank mechanism is fully engaged. Check the stability of the 12kg parasol base.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Offers a complete dining set with table, chairs, parasol, and base.
  • Constructed with durable, weather-resistant materials for longevity.
  • Chairs are designed for significant comfort with curved armrests and high backs.
  • Cushions are water-resistant and feature removable covers for easy cleaning.
  • The synthetic wicker is UV resistant and suitable for a wide temperature range.
  • Stylish mixed grey weave complements various outdoor aesthetics.

Cons

  • Cushions should be brought indoors when not in use to maintain optimal condition.
  • While water-resistant, prolonged exposure to heavy rain may still affect cushions.
  • The parasol requires a 12kg base, which might be insufficient in very windy conditions.
  • Assembly may be required for the parasol and base, though chairs come assembled.
  • Requires dedicated storage space for cushions during off-season or inclement weather.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: The rattan dining chairs arrive fully assembled. The 150x90cm dining table requires assembly. The 3m parasol will need to be inserted into the table's central opening, and the 12kg parasol base will need to be filled or assembled (if applicable) and placed around the table leg. Always ensure the table is stable before use.

Compatibility: This set is designed for outdoor use on flat, stable surfaces such as patios or decking. Ensure there is adequate space for the table (150x90cm) and chairs (60x70cm each), plus circulation space around the set.

Care: The aluminum frames and polyethylene rattan are low maintenance. Clean with a damp cloth or a garden hose on a gentle setting. The synthetic wicker is UV resistant and can withstand a wide range of temperatures. Cushions should be cleaned according to their care label; seat cushion covers are removable and machine washable (check label for specifics). It is recommended to bring cushions indoors when not in use and to use the provided weather-proof cover to protect the furniture from prolonged exposure to the elements, especially during winter months.
