Troubleshooting
Personalisation is incorrect
Review your order details carefully. Personalisation is applied exactly as entered. If there was an error during ordering, contact customer support immediately if possible. If the product has already been made, consider it a unique piece or use it without the incorrect text.
Water is not draining properly
Ensure the drainage hole at the base is clear and not blocked by soil or other material. Check if the pot is sitting on a surface that allows water to escape freely. Do not place a plug or liner directly over the hole without ensuring drainage.
The pot appears chipped or damaged
Inspect the pot upon arrival. If there is any damage, contact the seller or customer support with photographic evidence to arrange for a replacement or refund.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The plant pot requires no assembly. Simply place your desired plant directly into the pot, ensuring the drainage hole at the base is not obstructed. You may wish to add a small mesh or piece of pottery shard over the hole to prevent soil loss while still allowing water to drain.
Compatibility: This pot is compatible with most common potting soils and small to medium-sized houseplants, succulents, herbs, and flowers. Ensure the plant's root ball fits comfortably within the pot's dimensions.
Care: To clean the pot, wipe it gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the ceramic glaze and the printed personalisation. For stubborn dirt, a mild soap solution can be used, followed by a thorough rinse and drying with a clean cloth. The pot is not designed for outdoor use in freezing temperatures as ceramic can crack.
