Setup
Setting up your Ward Black Slim Line Water Butt Stand is straightforward and requires no tools:
- Choose Location: Select a flat, level, and stable surface in your garden where you intend to place your water butt.
- Position Stand: Place the Ward Water Butt Stand firmly on the chosen surface.
- Place Water Butt: Carefully lift your compatible 100L water butt and position it securely on top of the stand, ensuring it sits centrally and stably.
Compatibility
This stand is specifically designed for:
- Ward 100L Slimline Space Saving Waterbutt
- Ward 100L Oakwood Waterbutt
- Ward 100L Beehive Waterbutt
Its dimensions are a height of 30cm and a diameter of 40cm. For optimal safety and stability, ensure your water butt's base diameter does not exceed 40cm and that it is one of the recommended 100L models.
Care
The durable black plastic construction of the Ward Water Butt Stand requires minimal maintenance:
- Cleaning: Simply wipe down the stand with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or debris.
- Inspection: Periodically check that the stand remains level and stable on its chosen surface, especially after heavy rain or ground shifts.
- Winter Storage: While durable in all weather, if storing your water butt for winter, ensure the stand is also kept in a sheltered place if desired, though it is designed to withstand outdoor conditions.
