Setup, Compatibility & Care### Setup Instructions1. Preparation: Ensure your wall is either `cement` or `wooden` and is structurally sound. Measure the door opening and mark the desired rail position above it.2. Mount the Rail: Securely attach the stainless steel rail and its support to the wall using the provided tools and fasteners. Ensure it's level.3. Install Rollers: Attach the round rollers to the top edge of your wooden door.4. Hang the Door: Carefully lift the door and hook the rollers onto the mounted rail.5. Install Floor Guide: Position and secure the floor guide to the floor directly beneath the door's path to prevent lateral sway.6. Add End Stoppers: Install the end stoppers at both ends of the rail to prevent the door from sliding off the track.### Compatibility- Door Type: Designed for single `wooden doors`.- Door Thickness: Compatible with doors ranging from `35mm to 45mm` thick.- Wall Type: Must be installed on `cement` or `wooden walls` only. Not suitable for cavity walls.- Weight Capacity: Supports doors up to `100kg`.### Care and Maintenance- Cleaning: Wipe the stainless steel rail and rollers periodically with a damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid abrasive cleaners.- Lubrication: If you notice any friction or noise, apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the roller bearings to maintain smooth operation.- Check Fasteners: Periodically inspect all screws and fasteners to ensure they remain tight and secure, especially after initial installation and heavy use.- Door Inspection: Check your door for any warping or damage that could affect its smooth movement on the track.
